Information We Collect

We may collect a variety of personal information from or about you or your devices from various sources, as described below.

A. Information You Provide to Us

Registration and Account Information. If you create an account to use our Services, we will ask you for your personal information, including your name, email address, and phone number. If you create an account as a service provider, we will also ask you for the name of your company and your company’s website.

Communications. If you contact us directly to inquire about our Services, we may receive other personal information about you. For example, when you contact us to learn more about our Services or for customer support, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message, as well as any other information you choose to provide to us. If you subscribe to receive newsletters, we may collect your email address. When we send you emails, we may use embedded pixels or other technologies to track information about your receipt and interaction with our emails, such as whether and when you open them, whether you access any links included in our emails, how long you read our emails, whether you forward our emails and to whom, your Location Information (described below), and your Device Information (described below), to learn how to deliver a better customer experience and improve our Services.

Email Contents and Attachments sent to Sam. When you write an email or attach a document to an email that you send using our Services (e.g., to Sam), we will receive any information you provide or make available to us in connection with the email, including your name, email address, the names of any recipients copied on the email, phone number, and the contents of and attachments to your message. Please see our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy for a list of content restrictions and prohibited conduct regarding these emails.

Contact Forms. If you complete one of our contact forms, we will ask you for your name, email address, and any other personal information you provide to us via the form.

Payment Information. If you make a payment through our Services, your payment-related information, such as credit card or other financial information necessary to complete your payment, is processed by our third-party payment processor on our behalf.

B. Information We Collect When You Use Our Services

General Location Information. When you use our Services, we may receive your general location information (for example, your IP address may indicate your general geographic region).

Device Information. We receive information about the device and software you use to access our Services, including IP address, web browser type, operating system version, device manufacturer, and device identifiers.

Prompts and Outputs. Our Services allow you to submit via email text, audio, images, video, documents, and other materials to the Services (“Prompts”), which generate responses based on your Prompts (“Outputs”). We will collect any information you choose to provide in your Prompts, and this information may be reproduced in the Outputs. Messages Between Users. When you communicate with other Users through our Services, we and our third-party partners receive the content of the messages you send and receive and information about those messages, such as when it was sent or received.

Usage Information. To help us understand how you use our Services and to help us improve them, we may automatically receive information about your interactions with our Services, like the content you view, the content you upload, and the dates and times of your visits.

Information from Cookies and Similar Technologies. We and third-party partners may collect information using cookies, pixel tags, or similar technologies. Our third-party partners, such as analytics partners, may use these technologies to collect information about your online activities over time and across different services. Cookies are small text files containing a string of alphanumeric characters. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies, as well as local storage or session storage. A session cookie disappears after you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be used by your browser on subsequent visits to our Services.

C. Information We Receive from Third Parties

Information from Third-Party Sites. We collect publicly available information from third-party sites to enable the training of our models and systems.

Other Third Parties. We may receive additional information about you from third parties such as data or marketing partners and combine it with other information we have about you.

How We Use the Information We Collect

We use the personal information we collect:

Affiliates or Subsidiaries. We may share any information we receive with our affiliates or subsidiaries for any of the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

Vendors and Service Providers. We may share any information we receive with vendors and service providers retained in connection with the provision of our Services.

AI Service Providers. We may disclose information we receive to vendors that provide artificial intelligence services that provide backend support for our Services.

Marketing. We do not rent, sell, or share information about you with nonaffiliated companies for their direct marketing purposes unless we have your permission.

Analytics Partners. We use analytics services such as Google Analytics to collect and process certain analytics data. These services may also collect information about your use of other websites, apps, and online resources. Your Rights and Choices

Accessing Your Data. You can access all emails and documents associated with your account by logging into your account on https://slung.ai/.

Marketing Communications. You can unsubscribe from or otherwise opt out of our promotional emails via the link provided in the emails, if applicable, or by directly corresponding with us. Even if you opt out of receiving promotional messages from us, you may continue to receive administrative messages from us.

Do Not Track. There is no accepted standard on how to respond to Do Not Track signals, and we do not respond to such signals.

If you choose not to provide us with information we collect, some features of our Services may not work as intended.

Third Parties

Our Services may contain links to other websites, products, or services that we do not own or operate (“Third-Party Services”). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these Third-Party Services. Please be aware that this Privacy Policy does not apply to your activities on these Third-Party Services or any information you disclose to these Third-Party Services. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of these Third-Party Services.

Artificial Intelligence Notice and Features

By using our Services, you are interacting with an artificial intelligence agent, not a human. This agent generates automated responses based on information you provide, and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. Please refer to our Acceptable Use Policy for additional information regarding content restrictions and prohibited conduct pertaining to the Services. We may monitor compliance with this Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy and investigate any violations. If we determine that you or your content violates the foregoing, we may remove or suspend access to your content or suspend your access to the Services.

Certain portions of the Services may rely on or use generative artificial intelligence or other machine learning functionality (“AI Features”). When you elect to use a feature of the Services powered by an AI Feature, you must comply with all terms and policies, including for the processing of any personal information, applicable to such AI Features, including:

Data Minimization

Slung AI takes your privacy seriously. Slung AI does not connect to, or scan, a User’s email inbox, and only stores email content, attachments, and metadata that Users send or make available to our Services.

Security

We make reasonable efforts to protect your information by using physical and electronic safeguards designed to improve the security of the information we maintain. However, because no electronic transmission or storage of information can be entirely secure, we can make no guarantees as to the security or privacy of your personal information.

International Users and Visitors

Our Services are hosted in the United States (“U.S.”) and intended for visitors located within the U.S. If you choose to use our Services from the European Union or other regions of the world with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, then please note that you are transferring your personal information outside of those regions to the U.S. for storage and processing. We may also transfer your data from the U.S. to other countries or regions in connection with storage and processing of data, fulfilling your requests, and operating our Services. By providing any information, including personal information, on or to our Services, you consent to such transfer, storage, and processing.

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal information from children under 18 years of age (“Minors”), and no parts of our Services are directed to Minors. We will post any adjustments to the Privacy Policy on this page, and the revised version will be effective when it is posted.
